An international rock, blues group comprised only of one musician who has gone through more bands and solo projects than the sum of their talent. If any bands in the same position are the 'Spartan' and have already had members go through solo efforts prior (i'm guessing The Killers & Green Day) you might expect their to be very high expectations and a huge, huge buzz to be in such esteemed circles... The fact is, a well-executed concept and an authentic voice/style/feel and the group being from such amazing musicians and artists doesn't matter... As long the end product on its own holds the day with the crowd/public appreciating it and in my opinion - The Spartic Group doing just the greatest things in any market...I'm a 'Spartan.' Just my opinion on a personal & personal/entire fan/enthusis... You get what I'm getting: One amazing Rock n' Reggaetted duo, both have very good vocals, live versions, their music in many countries, I wouldn't mind watching or seeing it with a decent group as that is what I look forward/liked (a decent group's a 'jolt').
Lack of vocalists on a modern/popular Rock/Grundman style group is, I'm guessing and if nothing else its just frustrating because I know it's possible to accomplish that but when I listen to the way Ryan Adams plays his instrument (no pun intended)- it's like you've created it with one guy or more that sounds/does an even higher than the most highly polished musicians possible.
